The Cabin on Nash Stream is offered as a vacation rental property in NH's North Country ~ The Great North Woods ~ in two ways: the entire home or just one of the two levels.
Rates shown are per night, per level, and require a minimum of a two-night stay.
Discounted weekly rates are also shown in table below.
$125.00 per night, per level / floor
Minimum 2 night stay
$300.00 deposit required
$50.00 one-time cleaning also required per floor

Rent two floors for the entire house or just one floor / level.
Each level contains all accommodations listed, and is equipped for up to 6 people.
Renting two levels (the entire cabin), perfect larger groups of up to 12 people, provides you with two of each amenity!
Agreement
Agreement to Rent
Being a home owner, I am unable to absorb changes in plans
and / or cancellations due to weather or reasons beyond my
control. When you reserve the cabin, I agree to turn away all other
requests and guarantee to hold it for the day(s) you request. You
agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it.
An acceptance of your deposit is my confirmation of your reservation.
Your deposit is also confirmation that I am not responsible for any
accidents, losses or acts of nature that may occur to you or any
person in or with your group while on my property. By accepting
your deposit, it will also hold you personally liable for malicious
damages caused to the cabin or property by you or any of your
group or guests. Any monies to repair or replace will be paid by
you. All deposits are non-refundable. If circumstances allow, we
may be able to move dates if I am able to fill reserved dates.
